Eckoshield®-1230 is an environmentally sustainable gas used in a wide array of applications and hazard sizes. Eckoshield®-1230 uses the extinguishing principle of removing heat from the fire. Upon discharge the Eckoshield®-1230 fluid is released as a gaseous mixture as it is pressurised with dry N2. This allows the agent/air mixture to absorb sufficient heat to upset the balance of the fire triangle.
Our Eckoshield® pre-engineered fire suppression system is SABS approved, it requires no pipework allowing for a simple installation. In essence we reduce lead times in order for us to create a more transparent, trustworthy and collaborative partnership with our clients.
